How much is delivery?
Delivery is a flat rate of $9.95 per order to anywhere in Australia. Or for $10.99 you can opt to have your order sent insured so that if your parcel goes missing in transit we'll refund or replace it. For more information please visit our shipping information page.
How will I know my order has been sent?
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding NSW public holidays). We aim to ship your order the same day or next business day when possible. Once it has shipped you'll receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.
Please note that during November and December or major sale events, your order may take slightly longer to dispatch.

How can I make sure my order arrives as soon as possible?
Express shipping is offered as an option on checkout for most products (except for large bulky items). Express Post orders generally arrive within 1-3 business days for most major towns and cities in Australia. They may take a little longer for remote locations.

Do you ship overseas?
No, sorry we only ship to addresses in Australia.
I live overseas, can I purchase gifts for delivery to my family and friends in Australia?
Yes - you can use make your purchase on our website and select to have the gifts delivered to an Australian address.
Do you price match?
No, sorry we don't price match.
Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
No, sorry we don't offer gift wrapping.
Can you include a message with an order?
Yes, a message can be included with a parcel. If you'd like one sent with your order please reply to the confirmation email you receive advising the message that you would like us to include with the shipment.
Can the billing and delivery address differ?
Yes - at checkout you have the option of including a separate billing address and delivery address.
If my purchase is a gift will the recipient know how much I spent on them?
No - we remove all price tags and the tax invoice is emailed directly to the email address you registered with us.
I've changed my mind - what is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, if for any reason you are not happy with a product, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the goods value. Returns will only be accepted for items that have not been used and are in their original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For more details visit our Returns Policy page.
My order was damaged during transit - what should I do?
If a product you received was damaged in transit please email us within 7 days including photos so that we can rectify the problem.
How can I pay for my purchase?
We offer secure payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
